- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 3/4 c. graham flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. water (minus 1 Tbsp.)
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and honey.

2Mix the next 4 ingredients together.

3Add to butter mixture.

4Alternate with water.

5Mix well and then let it stand for 30 minutes.

6Flour tabletop and roll out dough to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.

7Cut into 2-inch squares, using a serrated knife or use cookie cutter for fun shapes.

8Place crackers on oiled cookie sheets.

9Bake for 10 to 20 minutes at 350°.

10Makes 3 dozen crackers.
