- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 3/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Directions

1Brush bottom and sides of pie crust with egg yolk.

2Place on baking sheet; bake in 400° oven 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

3Spoon pie filling into prepared crust.

4In bowl, stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon.

5With pastry blender or two knives, cut in mayonnaise until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pie filing.

6Place on baking sheet.

7Bake in 400° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
