- 16 graham crackers, finely crushed (about 2-1/2 cups crumbs)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Directions

1Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.

2Add milk, egg and honey; stir just until moistened.

3Spoon into 9 greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.

4Bake 15 to 18 min.
