- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 9 graham cracker squares
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (almonds)
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Microwave 1 tablespoon butter or margarine in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

2Heat on High for 1 minute.

3Spread the butter around the bottom and sides.

4Line the bottom of dish with graham cracker squares.

5In a microwave bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter and sugar on High for 1 minute.

6Beat with wire whisk until smooth.

7Microwave for 2 minutes.

8Pour over crackers.

9Spread carefully with straight-edged spatula with nuts.

10Rotate 1/4 of turn every 30 seconds; boil at least 1 minute.

11Cool 2 minutes.

12Sprinkle with chocolate (spread); let cool.
