  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1c cracked wheat
  • 1 can lentils or chickpeas
  • 2 T toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 T toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 T toasted pine nuts
  • 2 T capers
  • 1/2c currants
  • juice of one lemon
  • 3 T olive oil
  • salt
  • Topping
  • 1 c thick greek yogurt
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 t cumin seeds toasted and ground
