  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie pan with graham cracker crust
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • cinnamon (sprinkle on top)

Directions

    Beat all ingredients on high until well mixed.

    Pour into graham cracker pie crust.

    Bake fast for 15 minutes at 425°, then slow for 45 minutes at 350° until crust is brown and custard is set.
