  • 2 pounds Hash Brown Potatotes (square-cut)
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cups Melted Butter
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Combine all ingredients well. (I find it helpful to let the potatoes thaw halfway, otherwise it ends up in a big lump!) Dump into a 9x13 pan. I sometimes top this with buttered bread crumbs, or corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
