- yeast dough (prepared or purchased)
- cinnamon
- sugar
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Prepare or purchase your favorite yeast dough.

2Roll dough out flat on the countertop until it is 1/2-inch thick.

3Spread cinnamon, mixed with sugar, over the dough until the surface of the dough is covered.

4With your fingers, gently roll the dough evenly into a roll and cut off 1-inch thick sections.

5Put the rolls into a greased cake pan so that they have 1/2-inch between each other.

6Cover the pan with a cloth and let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.

7Bake the rolls for 35 to 45 minutes at 375°.

8After the rolls are done, cover them with a powdered sugar glaze.
