- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 -3 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions

1Cut up cauliflower and cook until it is tender but still has a bite. Then drain very well and set aside.

2Fry bacon until crisp but not burnt, crumble and put into heated pan.

3Add sugar and mayonnaise and stir until the mixture turns smooth and nearly translucent.

4Add cauliflower to pan and gently mix until cauliflower is coated in mixture.

5Serve hot.
