Creamed Cabbage

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 tbs. butter
  • 3 tbs. cream cheese
  • salt and white pepper
  • 2 tbs. fresh dill, snipped

Directions

    blanch cabbage 3-5 minutes.

    drain and rinse in cold water.

    cook onions in butter until soft.

    add cabbage and toss 'til reheated.

    add cream cheese and mix until melted and cabbage is evenly coated.

    season with s&p, add dill, toss again and cook another couple minutes.
