- 14 cup butter
- 12 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cups fine egg noodles
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon (4 cubes)
- lemon pepper
Directions

1In a frying pan, melt butter.

2Sautee onion until golden.

3Add rice and noodles and sautee until golden.

4Add bouillon to boiling water, and add to pan.

5Stir to mix well.

6Make sure it is boiling, and then reduce heat to low and cover for 30 minutes.

7Add lemon pepper to taste.
