- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lavender flowers
- fresh lemon juice (to taste)
Directions

1Using a candy thermometer, heat water, sugar and honey to 235 degrees.

2Remove from heat and stir in flowers.

3Cool 3 minutes and strain.

4Add a few drops of lemon juice and stir.

5If the syrup gets too firm you can make candy bows or squiggles by drizzling it on parchment paper.
