  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 slices day old bread, crusts removed
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, softened

Directions

    In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add corn and sugar. Mix well. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes and place in a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Yield: 9 servings.
