  • 12 banana
  • 34 cup oats
  • 34 cup cereal
  • 12 cup peanuts
  • 1 12 tablespoons butter
  • 14-12 cup almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 8 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute

Directions

    Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Melt the banana & the butter to soften it (microwave is okay to heat it)

    Make sure to crush the cereal and peanuts.

    Then mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.

    Take a flat cookie sheet and spray it with non stick cooking spray.

    Roll your mixed ingredients into small balls or to your predilection.

    Heat in the oven for about 7-10 minutes

    Let them sit for a few minutes before eating.
