  • 6 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. apple juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 small Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. crushed peanuts (dry roasted)

Directions

    Combine pineapple, flour, juice, sugar and egg together.

    Cook on low until thick.

    Cool completely.

    Combine mixture with cut up apples, 1/2 cup nuts and Cool Whip.

    Top with remaining nuts.
