- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 6 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. wheat germ
- 2 c. nuts or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. honey
- 1/4 c. blackstrap molasses (optional)
Directions

1Mix salt, oatmeal, wheat germ, nuts and seeds in large casserole or baking pan.

2Mix oil, water, vanilla, honey and molasses; pour over dry mixture.

3Spread all in 2 or 3 shallow pans.

4Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring often.

5After baking, add raisins and/or chopped dates.
