- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. Bran Buds
- 1 c. sunflower seeds (unsalted)
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix first 7 ingredients (dry).

2Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over dry mixture; mix well.

3Bake in a 250° oven, until dry and crunchy, about 30 to 45 minutes, checking frequently.

4After cooking, remove from oven; spread or gather into balls.

5Form bars.

6Refrigerate.
