  • 8 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. powdered milk
  • 1 c. sesame seed
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. Bran Buds
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix first 7 ingredients (dry).

    Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over dry mixture; mix well.

    Bake in a 250° oven, until dry and crunchy, about 30 to 45 minutes, checking frequently.

    After cooking, remove from oven; spread or gather into balls.

    Form bars.

    Refrigerate.
