  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. safflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c. sliced blanched almonds
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. unprocessed wheat bran
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed

Directions

    Mix and heat until hot the honey and safflower oil. Add the vanilla. Roast at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Stir twice while cooking and let cool in pan.
