  • 3/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 3/4 c. almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2/3 c. molasses or honey
  • 1/3 c. oil

Directions

    Mix together and bake in a thin layer at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
