Ingredients

  • 2 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 6 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately, then combine thoroughly. Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets (does not need to be spread to edges of pans).

    Bake 1 hour at 250° until dry and golden. Cool; break into pieces and store in airtight container.
