Ingredients

  • 5 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. raw wheat germ
  • 1 c. raw wheat bran
  • 1 c. cashews or almonds, chopped
  • 1 c. raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. raw pumpkin seeds, blended
  • 1 c. raw sesame seed, blended
  • 1 c. unsweetened coconut
  • 1 c. non-instant powdered milk
  • 1 c. soy flour or powder
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. cold pressed oil
  • 1 c. honey

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except oil and honey, in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the oil and honey.

    Mix dry and moist ingredients together.

    Spread in 2 large cookie sheets.

    Bake at 250° for about 1 hour; stir once to prevent burning.

    Cool.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

    Freezes well.
