- 5 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. raw wheat germ
- 1 c. raw wheat bran
- 1 c. cashews or almonds, chopped
- 1 c. raw sunflower seeds
- 1 c. raw pumpkin seeds, blended
- 1 c. raw sesame seed, blended
- 1 c. unsweetened coconut
- 1 c. non-instant powdered milk
- 1 c. soy flour or powder
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. cold pressed oil
- 1 c. honey
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except oil and honey, in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix the oil and honey.

2Mix dry and moist ingredients together.

3Spread in 2 large cookie sheets.

4Bake at 250° for about 1 hour; stir once to prevent burning.

5Cool.

6Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

7Freezes well.
