- 2 1/2 c. regular rolled oats
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
- 1/2 c. sesame seed or wheat germ
- 1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. snipped, dried apricots
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Combine honey and oil; stir into the oat mixture.

3Spread out evenly in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 300° for 45 to 50 minutes.

5Remove from the oven; stir in the apricots and raisins.

6Place in another pan and let cool, stirring often to prevent lumping.

7Store in tightly covered jars or plastic bags for up to 2 weeks.

8Makes 6 1/2 cups.
