  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 c. raw pumpkin seed
  • 1 c. sunflower seed
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 250° to 300° about 40

    (Use other dried fruit: cranberries, prunes, apricots, etc., keeping the overall measurements the same.)
