- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. butter or canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 9 c. rolled oats
- 9 c. total of any of: rolled wheat, wheat germ, powdered milk, oat bran, wheat bran and slivered nuts
Directions

1Melt honey and butter on low heat.

2Add cinnamon.

3In huge mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

4Pour honey-butter over dry mixture and mix thoroughly.

5Spread in shallow pans and bake overnight at 175°.

6Granola is also great for using residue heat after baking something else.

7(It's far easier to fix than it may first appear.)
