  • 1 c. sesame seed
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. coconut flakes
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Combine honey and vegetable oil.
