  • 4 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix oatmeal, raisins, coconut and walnuts in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the honey, oil and vanilla.

    Put dry ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Evenly distribute honey/oil mixture over top of dry ingredients.

    Stir together to evenly coat.

    Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.
