- 4 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix oatmeal, raisins, coconut and walnuts in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the honey, oil and vanilla.

2Put dry ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Evenly distribute honey/oil mixture over top of dry ingredients.

4Stir together to evenly coat.

5Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.
