- 3 cups Oatmeal (Old Fashioned)
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 cup Pecan Chips
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 3/4 cup Maple Syrup or Agave
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
Directions

1Mix first five ingredients.

2Pour syrup or agave and oil over oat mixture and stir thoroughly.

3Spread on baking sheet.

4Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove pan and stir.

5Bake additional 15 minutes.
