  • 3 cups Oatmeal (Old Fashioned)
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Pecan Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 3/4 cup Maple Syrup or Agave
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients.

    Pour syrup or agave and oil over oat mixture and stir thoroughly.

    Spread on baking sheet.

    Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove pan and stir.

    Bake additional 15 minutes.
