Ingredients

  • 6 cups Oats
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 cup Wheat Germ
  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

    In a large bowl mix oats, coconut, wheat germ, and almonds.

    In a small bowl mix honey, oil, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour liquid over oat mixture. Stir.

    Divide mixture and pour onto 2 cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or sprayed well. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Stir granola halfway through baking time. Keep a close eye on your granola after stirring. You don't want it to over-brown.

    Let cool slightly and then pour into an airtight container.
