Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 3/4 cups whey Jay Robb vanilla, or egg white protein
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/4 cups coconut oil or butter
- 1/2 cup Swerve Granular, or equivalent
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Celtic
Directions

1In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients together. Place in a 4-quart slow cooker.

2Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the butter is melted and nuts are a bit toasted (it will still be soft, but once it cools, it crisps up).

3Pour onto a piece of parchment to cool. It will crisp up once completely cool.

4NOTE: if you use coconut oil, this is 'shelf stable' and doesn't need refrigeration. Perfect for family outings and vacations!

5Serve with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
