- 1 mango ripe
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ice several quarts
- walnut
Directions

1Peel the mango, cut into small cubes and place in a blender with the sugar. Blend until puree forms.

2Grate some nutmeg into the puree. Add ice in batches and blend to desired consistency.

3Pour into a glass bowl and freeze for 1 hour. Tip: Can add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt to the puree for a creamier consistancy.
