Ingredients

  • 8 cups wheat flakes
  • 6 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 14 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 12 cup honey
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

    Mix ingredients from wheat flakes to shredded coconut in a large bowl.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl until honey dissolves.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir for exactly 5 minutes.

    Spread on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and cook at 225 for 1 1/2 hours stirring every 1/2 hour.
