Ingredients

  • 6 cups oatmeal (regular)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 14 cup sesame seeds
  • 14 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 12 cup water

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

    In a small bowl mix together oil, honey, and water and pour over dry ingredients.

    Bake at 250 for 30 minutes, then take out and turn granola and return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer.

    Turn oven off and let dry in oven or overnight.

    Add raisins if desired.
