- 4 cups oats
- 1 14 cups unsweetened coconut
- 12 cup sliced almonds
- 14 sunflower seeds
- 12 cup honey
- 12 cup butter
- handful raisins (optional)
Directions

1In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except for the honey and butter) .

2Melt honey and butter over a low flame.

3Pour over oat mixture.

4Pour evenly onto a greased edged cookie sheet.

5Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

6Take out of oven, stir and put back in for 15 more minutes.

7To result a clumpier cereal then leaven on pan until cooler when you take it out the last time.
