  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Mix liquid ingredients together.

    Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.

    Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour @ 250.
