  • 4 c. oats
  • 6 oz. jar honey
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. almonds
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix first 5 ingredients.

    Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, turning and mixing every 10 to 15 minutes.

    Let cool slightly, then add raisins and any other dry fruit you like.

    Store in an airtight container.
