- 2 1/2 c. regular rolled oats
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1/2 c. sesame seed or wheat germ
- 1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. snipped dried apricots
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1In a bowl, stir together oats, coconut, almonds or walnuts, sesame seed or wheat germ and sunflower seeds.

2Combine honey and oil.

3Stir into oat mixture.

4Spread out evenly in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

5Bake at 300° for 45 to 50 minutes.

6Stir every 15 minutes.

7Remove from oven.

8Stir in apricots and raisins. Remove to another pan.

9Cool, stirring often to prevent lumping. Store in tightly covered jars.
