  • 1 Cup Sunflower seeds, raw and shelled
  • 1 Cup Wheat germ
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Peanut oil
  • 1 Cup Powdered milk
  • 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 Cup Soya or Soybean flour
  • 1/2 Cup Brown sugar or raw Turbanado
  • Sugar
