Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. safflower oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. wheat flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix vanilla, oil and honey; add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Spread in large baking dish and bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown.

    Stir 2 or 3 times during baking period. Remove from oven and add 4 ounces raisins, 1/2 cup raw sugar and 1/2 cup each of coconut and pecans.

    Mix well.

    Serve.
