- 5 1/2 c. oatmeal flakes
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. bran or wheat cereal
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- cinnamon to taste (optional)
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix in large bowl the oatmeal, wheat germ, nuts, coconut, cereal, sunflower and sesame seeds and milk.

2Mix well.

3In another bowl, mix honey, oil, vanilla and cinnamon (optional). Mix into cereal mixture.

4Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.

5Stir and bake 15 minutes more.

6Add 1 cup raisins.
