Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 c. oatmeal flakes
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. bran or wheat cereal
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. sesame seed
  • 1 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • cinnamon to taste (optional)
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Mix in large bowl the oatmeal, wheat germ, nuts, coconut, cereal, sunflower and sesame seeds and milk.

    Mix well.

    In another bowl, mix honey, oil, vanilla and cinnamon (optional). Mix into cereal mixture.

    Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.

    Stir and bake 15 minutes more.

    Add 1 cup raisins.
