  • 4 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. almonds
  • 1 c. cashews
  • 1 c. sunflower seed
  • 1/2 c. bran
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. light oil (safflower or sunflower)
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Mix together dry ingredients in large roasting pan.

    Add oil, honey and molasses; mix well.

    Bake at 250° and stir every 15 minutes for an hour or until golden brown.

    Cool and add coconut and raisins.
