- 1 c. almonds
- 1 c. cashews
- 1 c. sunflower seed
- 1/2 c. bran
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. light oil (safflower or sunflower)
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix together dry ingredients in large roasting pan.

2Add oil, honey and molasses; mix well.

3Bake at 250° and stir every 15 minutes for an hour or until golden brown.

4Cool and add coconut and raisins.
