- 3 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. roasted sunflower nuts
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients and coconut in a large bowl. Combine honey, oil, sugar and vanilla in a small saucepan.

2Heat, but don't boil.

3Add to oats mixture; stir until well blended. Spread evenly in two oiled cookie pans.

4Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Remove from oven.

6Stir in raisins.

7Cool.

8Store in tightly closed container or seal in plastic bags.

9Makes about 3 pounds.
