- 1/2 c. Wheat Bran
- 2/3 c. slivered almonds
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 2/3 c. flaked coconut
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. chopped dates
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
