- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. raw wheat germ or wheat bran
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 c. dried fruit (such as raisins)
- 1/2 c. sesame seed or shelled sunflower seed
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. honey or molasses
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°.

2Combine oats, wheat germ, seeds and cinnamon.

3Mix the oil, honey and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture. Stir to coat evenly and spread in a large baking pan.

4Bake for 60 minutes, stirring evenly every 15 minutes.

5Break up large lumps and add the fruit and nuts.

6Refrigerate.
