- 20 ounces whole oats
- 14 cup peanuts
- 14 cup pecans
- 14 cup walnuts
- 14 cup almonds
- 23 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 12 cup dried cranberries or 12 cup bananas or 12 cup pineapple
- salt
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2Chop nuts.

3Combine in a large mixing bowl oats, nuts, and brown sugar.

4Add Syrup and mix well.

5Place mixture on a non-stick half baking sheet and place in oven.

6Stir ever 15 min for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

7The more you stir the more even the crunch!

8For Granola bars:.

9Preheat oven at 250 degrees.

10Combine peanut butter and syrup in a non-stick pan.

11Leave on low heat until ingredient are mingled.

12Add honey and stir vigorously.

13Add 1/2 of granola recipe.

14Press into baking sheet.

15Bake for 15 to 30 min granola should be golden brown.

16Drizzle honey over top and cut with a pizza cutter!`.
