- 2 cups rolled oats
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup chopped dates
- 12 cup shredded coconut
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 13 cup slivered almonds
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 14 cup honey
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3Combine oats, wheat germ, dried fruits, coconut, sunflower seeds, almonds, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

4Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl until well mixed and any lumps removed.

5Stir in maple syrup, honey, egg and vanilla until smooth.

6Add liquid mixture into dry mixture until dry ingredients are moistened.

7Press mixture firmly and evenly into pan.

8Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden and firm.

9Cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.

10Note: other varieties of dried fruits and nuts may be substituted to suit your likes and dislikes.
