Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. sesame seed (optional)
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. pure oil
- 2 c. honey
- 7 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Use a large pan 2 to 3-inches high.

2Mix all dry ingredients together.

3In a separate bowl, mix well the honey, oil and vanilla. Pour over dry mixture.

4Work with hands or large spoon.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Bake at 250° to 275° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toasty brown.

7Stir every 10 minutes.

8Do not overbake.
-
9Add raisins after cereal is baked or they will be hard.
