Ingredients
- 5 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 lb. coconut
- 1 c. raw sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 c. nuts
- 3/4 c. honey
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- raisins or dried fruit
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Mix first five dry ingredients.

3Set aside.

4Combine brown sugar, water, oil, honey, molasses, cinnamon and vanilla in saucepan.

5Heat until sugar dissolves.

6Do not boil. Pour syrup over dry ingredients.

7Stir until well coated.

8Spread onto cookie sheet.

9Bake 30 to 45 minutes.

10Cool and add dry fruit. Keep stored in airtight container.
