- 5 cups oatmeal not instant
- 1 cup cashews or almonds sliced
- 1 cup sesame seeds unrefined
- 1 cup coconut meat Shredded
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 cup powdered milk not instant
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup sesame oil or vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients in a large Dutch oven.

2In a separate utensil combine honey and oil.

3Combine two sets of ingredients and spread on cookie sheet.

4Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly brown.

5Or, to cook large amount - place in 200 degree oven and cook for 1 hour, stirring about every 25 minutes.

6Turn oven off and leave cereal in for another hour or two.
