- 1/2 peck Concord grapes
- 2 oranges (juice and grated rind)
- 2 lemons (juice and grated rind)
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- sugar
Directions

1Wash the fruit; remove grapes from stems.

2Remove skins from pulp.

3Cook pulp until soft; strain to remove seeds.

4Place the skins and strained pulp into a preserving kettle.

5Extract the juice from oranges and lemons; add juices and rind to the grape mixture and cook about 1 hour.

6Measure the sugar and grape mixture to equal amounts.

7Add nuts and salt.
-
8Continue to cook until thick.

9Pour into sterilized jars.

10Cool and pour melted wax on top.
