1Pulp the grapes, saving the skins.

2Put the pulp on to cook with a small amount of water to keep it from sticking.

3When soft mixture, rub through sieve to remove the seeds.

4Add the skins after you have put them through a blender.

5Add 3/4 pound of sugar for each pound of grapes.

6Cook until mixture is thick or test a little on a cold plate.

7Seal in sterilized glass jars.
